Pilates on the Reformer

About the Reformer....

Joseph Pilates invented the reformer during world war 1 to help injured soldiers recover. The use of springs, ropes, straps and pulleys provide resistance during the classic Pilates exercises making it effective at targetting specific muscle groups. The cardio tramp used with the Reformer is a great way of training the cardiovascular system, strengthening the core and body as a whole, it is low impact on joints making the tramp and reformer ideal for everybody to train on. With Reformer the possibilities are endless! 

Group reformer classes now available. 4 people per class so ideal for anyone new to the reformer machine! All abilities.

6 week block booking £90 (£15 per class)

All classes are pay in advance, no refunds can be made, and classes cannot be forwarded but may be swapped within the same week if availability allows.

30 minute private £30

45 minute private - £45

1 hour private - £60

 

1 hour private lesson including 30 mins mat pilates and 30 mins reformer - £50
